Prairifire Flowering Crab

Malus ‘Prairifire’

A highly regarded accent tree smothered in rich red flowers in spring and persistent small purple fruit in fall, upright habit of growth; the definitive ornamental feature tree for the home landscape, needs well-drained soil and full sun

Forever Goldy Arborvitae

Thuja plicata ‘4ever’

A stunning accent tree which features rich golden sprays of foliage generously flecked with yellow and a narrow upright pyramidal habit; an excellent choice for color accent or articulation, performs best in moist, humid locations, but is adaptable

Honeycrisp Apple

Malus ‘Honeycrisp’

An exceedingly crisp hardy red apple with a sweet and juicy flavor, keeps extremely well; eating apples are high maintenance and need a second pollinator; the perfect combination of accent and fruit tree, needs well-drained soil and full sun

Morning Light Maiden Grass

Miscanthus sinensis ‘Morning Light’

This variety has very narrow green foliage with a white edge; an upright cascading habit that is quite symmetrical; copper plumes rise above in fall over tan foliage and produce cream seeds; great winter interest

Dwarf October Daphne

Sedum sieboldii ‘Nana’

A compact version of this popular groundcover, identical to the species in every way except for the smaller size; dusty gray-blue succulent foliage is edged in pink, rich pink flowers in late summer
