EG Designs Sales Representative

Location: Primarily Mobile | Workspace at Everett’s Gardens 
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $20-30/hour with proven sales record

Position Overview

Everett’s Gardens is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Designer to prioritize their schedule in a way that directly supports and grows Everett’s Gardens sales and supports the “Do-It-Yourselfer.” This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, engaging with customers face-to-face, and turning creative designs into real plant sales for DIY’ers. 

This position plays a critical role in sustaining Everett’s Gardens by actively generating leads, designing DIY landscapes, and closing sales. This is a mobile position, with company-provided tools, and access to an Everett’s Gardens or Everett’s Landscape space as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage new leads

• Advocate for Everett’s and promote EG Designs

• Conduct cold calls and neighborhood door-knocking 

• Contribute to EG Designs social media platforms

• Schedule client appointments and design consultations

• Collect payments from clients

• Create DIY landscape designs 

• Present designs to clients and promote EG products and services

• Conduct customer walk-throughs and inspiration visits at Everett’s Gardens when needed

Role Expectations & Intentions

• This position must actively move plant inventory to help sustain Everett’s Gardens

• Strong self-motivation and time management are essential

• Primarily a mobile role; vehicle and phone are provided

• Everett’s Gardens hub available for walk-in clients 

• Looking for $350k+ in DIY sales 

Schedule (General)

  • Tuesday-Friday: 10am-7pm
  • Saturday: 9am-2pm
